The electric single-beam bridge crane is a machine used for lifting and moving heavy objects. There are many structural forms of cranes. The main beams of single-beam crane bridge frames mostly use I-shaped steel or a combined section of steel and steel plates. The hoisting trolley is often assembled by hand chain hoists, electric hoists, or hoists as parts of the lifting mechanism. Features of Single Girder Bridge Crane

The components of the electric single-beam bridge crane are composed of four parts: the main beam, the auxiliary beam, the end beam and the railing.

 

The main beam is a rolled I-beam with a certain degree of camber.

 

The auxiliary beam of the electric single-beam bridge crane is used to strengthen the rigidity of the main beam in the vertical plane. It is located on the upper part of the main beam and is made up of two channel steels, and the channel steel is used as a support to connect to the main beam. The single-beam crane has two modes of operation on the ground and in the air. There are two types of ground operation: wired handle operation and remote control handle operation. Aerial operation refers to operation in the driver's cab. There are two types of cabs: open type and closed type, which can be divided into two types for installation on the left or right according to the actual situation. There are two entry directions, side and end, to meet the needs of users to choose under a variety of different needs.

 

The railing is used to strengthen the rigidity of the main beam on the horizontal plane of the electric single-beam bridge crane. It is composed of full-angle steel and is vertically installed at both ends of a single-beam bridge crane.

 

When the length of the I-beam is insufficient, the butt joint is allowed, but the joint position cannot be arranged in the middle of the electric single-beam bridge crane beam. The single-beam crane has two modes of operation on the ground and in the air.

 

Cranes Commonly Used Operation Method

This method is usually operated by full-time personnel. The personnel in the driver's cabin can achieve the purpose of loading and unloading goods by manipulating the linkage platform or the handle. The cab layout is divided into two types. One is fixed on the side of the crane to move with the cart. The other is partially fixed with the trolley and moves with the trolley. The advantages of these two layout modes of operation are wide vision, adjustable starting and braking speed, relatively stable lifting of objects, and less interference from the external environment. The disadvantage is that the workshop must have a large space and a certain lifting height, which can meet the layout of the cab, and must be operated by full-time personnel.

 

The actual operation staff of the lifting equipment must follow the lifting equipment to walk. Some office environments are inconvenient and have risk factors.
