The operation mode of the crane can be divided into two types: air operation and ground operation. Some customers do not understand how the crane is operated. What is the difference between crane air operation and crane ground operation? What is the difference between crane wired pendants and wireless radio remote controls?
Crane aerial operation means that the crane operation is carried out in the air, that is, in the cab. Because the crane cab is generally designed under one end of the crane beam. After the crane is installed, it is in the air.
Crane ground operation means that the crane operation is completed on the ground. At present, the crane ground operation method adopts two kinds of wired handle operation and wireless remote control.
The wired handle operation mode is that the operator controls the crane on the ground by connecting the crane control line and the operating handle. Crane operators need to follow the crane to move around. Some working environments are inconvenient and dangerous.
The operation form of the wireless remote control is that the crane operator controls the crane on the ground through the wireless remote control. The operator does not need to follow the crane at all times, which ensures the safety of the crane operator.
The hoist button communication is based on the use of multi-core copper cables to transmit information. In wired communication networks, optical fiber technology is widely used. It provides clear signals at both ends, namely the pendant and control panel. It is less likely to be damaged and the signal is stable in harsh environments.
The crane wireless remote control has the following application advantages. Operators can carry a small remote control to operate cranes and other industrial equipment wirelessly and remotely. The distance can be up to 100 meters (the distance can be increased), and the position can be freely selected to avoid poor visibility and dangerous places, which makes the operator free and liberated. Radio remote control has the advantages of safety, reliability, convenience, continuity, increased efficiency and reduced labor intensity, saving personnel, and reducing maintenance costs. It can replace the cab or wire control. Wireless remote controllers are widely used in cranes such as single-beam double-beam cranes, boom cranes, port cranes, gantry cranes and other equipment and engineering machinery, hydraulic machinery and equipment, textiles, chemicals, elevators, hoisting machinery, etc.
Single-beam bridge cranes and single-beam gantry cranes generally use ground wired handles or wireless remote control operations. It is easy to operate and cost-saving, and it is the best choice for our customers.
Double girder cranes and double girder gantry cranes generally use the cab operation mode. Because of the working time and work intensity, the use of cab operation can reduce the work intensity of crane operators and ensure the safety of crane operators at work.
Light double-beam cranes or small-tonnage double-beam gantry cranes can also be operated by ground remote control. Single-beam gantry cranes can also be operated in air operation according to the use environment.
Small crane is also called portable crane. It is a kind of small mechanical equipment with excellent performance and extremely wide application. It is suitable for the lifting operations of high-rise buildings, such as the lifting of various building materials and various decoration materials, especially for the long and wide materials such as wooden boards and wood boards that are inconvenient to carry in the corridors. It has its unique advantages. At the same time, it can also be used for loading and unloading of large workpieces in mechanical processing workshops, production and assembly lines in power plants, food factories, warehouses, and household lifting goods.
The straight-sliding small crane changes the drawbacks of the previous cranes that cannot be used in narrow windows and spaces, and is especially suitable for use in areas with small windows. And it avoids the problem that the swivel arm extends too short out of the window. This is the essence and difference that other portable cranes do not have.
