When the remote control is in use, if the operator finds an abnormal condition of the machine and equipment and must stop immediately, he can press the emergency stop button to complete the power-off shutdown to avoid damage to the machine and ensure the safety of personnel.

The emergency-off stopo system is very necessary. When the remote control system is working normally, the launching system sends 8-21 command data strings per second. When the receiver detects an abnormal signal or the control system fails, the passive emergency stop remote control can automatically cut off the power to stop the crane mechanism. Passive emergency stop has no button setting and is built-in on the remote control. Most crane remote controls on the market have both emergency stop buttons and passive emergency stop functions.

There are emergency stop button, start button, up, down, left, right, front and back buttons on the remote control of bridge crane. The emergency stop button is very important. Its main function is to stop in dangerous situations. For example, when the bridge crane is sliding, the sliding hook can be controlled by pressing the emergency stop button.

Press the emergency stop button immediately after using the emergency stop button in the bridge crane. Because if the emergency stop button is not pressed, the bridge crane is energized. If you do not pay attention to touch other keys, it may cause a safety accident. If the vehicle is powered on for a long time, it will also affect the service life of the electrical components. For example, the warning light will flash for a long time, and the overload limiter will remain in working condition. Over time, the service life of these electrical devices will inevitably be shortened.

If the emergency stop button stays in the standby state for a long time, it will also shorten the service life and consume a lot of power. Therefore, when using bridge cranes, operators should also develop a good habit.

After the operating handle stops moving for 3 minutes, it will automatically power off the driving regardless of whether it will continue to be used. If you continue to use it, you need to reopen it. This avoids safety hazards caused by negligence or forgetting to press the emergency stop button.
