Wireless remote control devices are mainly divided into two methods: infrared remote control and radio remote control. The emergency stop function of the wireless remote control device is one of the safety requirements. The emergency stop function includes active emergency stop and passive emergency stop. Active emergency stop means that the driver sends an emergency stop command through the transmitter to cut off the main power supply on the crane and stop the movement of various mechanisms of the crane. Passive emergency stop means that when the receiver cannot detect the normal signal or the receiver (control system) fails within a certain period of time, it can cut off the channel power supply and stop the operation of the crane's various mechanisms. In order to prevent malfunction, the active emergency stop switch should not be automatically reset. The driver sends an active emergency stop command through the transmitter until the receiver's intermediate relay control terminal outputs an active emergency stop command. The required time should be less than 0.5s. This command to cut off the total power is the highest priority. When the high-frequency carrier cannot be detected or the data signal cannot be received, the passive emergency stop function should be realized, and the total power supply of the channel must be cut off within 1.5s. When the sudden noise interference of the channel exceeds 1s or the correct address code cannot be detected within 1s, the channel power should be cut off.

 

The wireless remote control receiving device should not be installed in a place with strong metal shielding or large electromagnetic interference, so as not to affect the remote control distance of the wireless remote control.

 

The remote control of the crane is equipped with an emergency stop button. In an emergency, pressing the emergency stop button can instantly cut off the power supply of the main circuit. During the hoisting process, the operator can leave the object being hoisted and leave the dangerous area. The remote control only needs to observe the suspended objects so that the safety of the remote control is guaranteed.

 

The high-performance crane remote control can also automatically search for frequencies to prevent the possibility of interference. It is possible to modify the remote control of the crane without destroying the original control circuit of the crane cab. If two control methods are used, they can be realized and interlocked through a changeover switch, and the cab can be moved arbitrarily.

Ordinary dry battery No.5 can be used for several months to six months. The battery and battery contacts will remain dust-free.

 

In order to save the maximum battery power, the transmitter should transmit the radio signal with the minimum power required for the receiver to effectively receive. Microcontrollers and radio integrated circuits should immediately enter the lowest power consumption when not in use. A transmitter with a vertically polarized antenna will send the signal to a receiver with a vertically polarized antenna with maximum power efficiency.
